  Yer right!  You get the loader and librarian, etc... in the binary 
utilities distribution (bnu22bn.zip).  It seems that there is some 
confusion lately about the minimal files needed. Maybe we could get the 
readme files updated to include csdpmit1.zip as another file needed for 
a basic system.
