Just the normal line 'gcc -c -g file.c' and then 'Error ?: deleting file.o' I first thought it was a problem with MAKE, and tried to compile it by hand, but this time GCC died silently. Tried giving the argument '-v' to see what's going on, and saw that CPP just gave up without saying anything like a error message, CC1 wasn't even called. Any idea how to solve this problem, or how to detect where the problem occured ? Many thanks in advance... ...Matthias ,---------------------------------------------------------------------, | Matthias Burian Institut fuer Analytische Chemie | | Universitaet Wien | | a8411gac AT awiuni11 DOT edvz DOT univie DOT ac DOT at Waehringerstrasse 38 | | 1090 Wien AUSTRIA | `---------------------------------------------------------------------'
