However, I'm unable to use VGA or SVGA graphics with version 1.10 of GO32. I'm using the GrSetMode(GR_default_graphics) call from the graphics library and either the builtin VGA driver or tsenk4k.grd or paradise.grd (with two different SVGAs of course). In either case the VGA remains in text mode. Recompilation / relinking of the program didn't solve the problem. It however works with GO32 v1.09, with GO32X supplied with gmvsa001.zip and also with a modified version of v1.10 (called v1.10u) which comes with DISPLAY 1.56 posted recently to alt.binaries.pixutils. The system on which I have tried this is a 386DX/33 with a '387 and 4 MB of RAM running under MSDOS 5.0. Could this be the the result of an improper setup (CONFIG.SYS) or is it a bug in v1.10 (not very likely, I guess)? Any hints would be appreciated... Thanks in advance, Stefan. -- Stefan Eckart, stefan AT lis DOT e-technik DOT tu-muenchen DOT de
