Subject: packaging GO32

I was just documenting a program, and one of the instructions is
  "Get PBMPLUS from a SimTel mirror site and replace the GO32.EXE
  you will find there with version 1.10".
Problem is, the only place I can point to that I know includes the latest
GO32 is a huge ZIP file for developers.  I could include GO32.EXE with my
stuff, but that doesn't seem right because my program doesn't use an
extender.  I suggest that future releases include a ZIP file containing only
GO32.EXE (and readme, copying, etc.)  for users who only need to update the
extender.
