Subject: memory consumption under WIN3.1


I tested  go32dpmi of 1.10 under WIN3.1 and found that when running
some of the unix utilities in a DOS box (like ls.exe) go32 takes a big
gulp a 4MB (!). (I have the little Petzold utility 'freemem' running,
showing me 14 MB free at the beginning which then falls down to 9.9MB free
while ls is running and then jumps back to 14 MB.

Just an observation - any comments?
