   I'm a new list subscriber; sorry if this is an FAQ:
   Since installing MAX7 w/DPMI 1.0, gpp(1.10) can no longer access
extended memory to run; rather, I must reboot with the keywords "NODPMI". 
Needless to say, this isn't very convenient.
 Q1: Is this a known problem (or is it unique to my system for some reason)?
 Q2: Does QEMM 7 share this problem?
