w.r.t "how come this is missing", most of the problems I have seen
posted relate to:

	- an initial release packaging oversight (the linker?)
	- bug-fixes to go32 for graphic support

Essentially, there has been a "maintenance" release (get the bnu....zip
and go32 from ...), and anyone who has retrieved the "initial" release
and has not been following the postings doesn't know that.  As a
result, they run into the problems again and post these redundant
questions.  Maybe the answer is to *re*place the initially released zip
files on the archive servers with new versions (if that hasn't already
been done), and post a weekly, short faq on the current release and
where to get the pieces for those who don't stay current and happen to
get the initial release.  Maybe the next release package will be
flawless; I'll take these flawed diamonds any day, anyways.
