Try: gcc filename.c -o file go32 file Because of my UNIX habits I have never tried to leave off the extension of the .c file; however, I suspect that DJGPP will try to read the filename you give it without automatically adding the .c. You also can't create a standalone executable using just GCC. Use GO32 to run the executable image created, or use aout2exe to make the image into a standalone executable.
