The new stdvgax.grn now worked well on my ATI VGA Wonder/512KB.

One another thing is that I didn't notice a bug on ativga.grn when I posted a
test result.  The ativga.grn failed to display 132x28 text mode. (Rather, it
displayed 80 columns instead of 132 columns.)
