Watcom optimizer is incredible, sometimes it looks as if the compiler ignores all the variable declarations and tries to get the result in the best possible way. BUT: You must pay for it quite much. Watcom graphics resembles MSC, but it has some advantage over it - the library detects and supports several common cards and VESA BIOS. V. 9.01 works with all the modes with up to 256 colors. Gregory
