Hello, 

I've uploaded a port of the following two FSF-programs to omnigate:

* texinfo-3.1 , including a standalone Info-reader, the makeinfo program to 
  convert texinfo-files to online-info-files, and texindex, to sort indices
  for TeX, and using 

* termcap-1.2 , the Termcap-Library. This one is by now implemented using the
  ANSI.SYS driver, but I'll perhaps do this using the direct I/O calls later
  on. Until then, it'll be a bit slow. (sorry for that)
