Not all prototyped functions are in the libraries. This is because the libraries and includes came from two different sources. If you'd like to write these routines, I'll add them to the libraries. The conditions are that the code must be able to be used, royalty-free, in a commercial product; and must not be copyrighted by the company or university you work for in such a way that I can't redistribute it.
