Hi:
  I have uploaded new binutl-2.2 executable files(include as) to
omnigate. The name is BINUTL22-FIX.ZIP.

  The ld.exe has some new features :

    1. It can produce COFF output file. Use --emu=<emulation-type>
       to change output format. 'ld -V' will tell you what formats
       it supports. The data section is aligned to page boundary instead
       of segment boundary.

    2. the symbol '_etext' is aligned to page boundary instead of 
       segment boundary. So gmon.out will be small.

    3. The end of data section will not expand to page boundary.
       So there is no garbage in the begin of bss section. The variable
       initialization problem is solved.
