Hi:
  I have built libg++-2.3.1 using gcc-2.4.3.
  I upload GPPINC23.ZIP and LIBGPL23.ZIP to omnigate.clarkson.edu.
  (header files and libgpl.a, libgpl_p.a)

  I only test this library slightly without error.
  Hope you can test this library too.
