Subject: LONGARGS environment variable

I am putting longarg passing into my implementation of spawn for go32.
Some code I wrote a while ago did a getenv("LONGARGS"), but my
autoexec.bat defines "LONGARG". Obviously one of them got changed, and
I suspect the autoexec.bat, but can anybody confirm which is correct? I
can't remember where I saw the idea. I grepped for LONGARG in several
places on my hard drive, but with 800 megs of stuff laying around, it's
easier to ask, and I hope more reliable.
