I had asked what I could possibly be doing wrong, since the directions I had about getting it to send me a help message seemed so foolproof ("Nothing is foolproof; fools are so ingenious"). The only response I got was from somebody saying "me too"-- another fellow who couldn't get omnigate ftpmail to perform as advertised. I wonder if maybe omnigate ftpmail really isn't working after all, only a few primitive technology stuckees such as myself have no direct ftp access, and noone who can do anything about it is aware that there is a problem. So here's a slightly different request: could somebody who knows how to do it kindly send the omnigate server a help message and see if you get any response back at all? If you don't please post a "me too" to whoever you think can fix it. Otherwise, please send me a keystroke-by-keystroke replay of everything you did that got you a response. Thanksabunch, --Bill
