Excuse me for repeatedly asking:

There was some mention if "Chris Blum's driver" a few days ago.
Could someone please explain:

a) What is this driver good for (I guess, it is some HIMEM driver or the like)?

b) Could it be made available for us overseas mundanes who are not capable
   of logging into Intel's BBS.?
