I do support the idea about GCC documentation in more than one format. It will be nice to have a plain ASCII text to read on the screen, but the nice possibilities that TeX gives when printed is too good to just leave out. I, who never succeeded in installing Tex on any computer would very much appreciate if there also is files in postscript ready to send to the printer. A printed manual is easier to read while you have your computer screen full of c-code or debuggers (and a manual can be read in bed if you have trouble getting asleep :-). Peter,
