Exception 33 means that you attempted to execute an int 0x21 request
that the extender doesn't know about.  Since the extender needs to do
address mapping and data copying and such, any unknown DOS request
causes an exception.  If you want to add support for the particular
request you are attempting, you must modify go32/exphdlr.c and rebuild
go32.
