I didn't promise anything.  The pub subdirectory is for all you folks
to upload stuff into, and the patches subdirectory is for
user-contributed patches to version 1.09 of djgpp.  The only patches I
have are those posted to the djgpp mailing list already by other
users, and I haven't had time to sort through them and upload them
yet, if I get time at all.
