Subject: A question about GCC on the SUN (Sorry)

I am sorry to have to ask this question but I don't currently have access to
usenet and am not sure if I have other options. In any event, I strayed into
the Sun world and built GCC without apparent errors (through three stages).
However, I am unable to compile programs that contain O_BINARY and probably
O_TEXT. I suspect that the problem may be associated with nonansi include files 
that are provided on the Sun. The makefile option to create ansi include files
did not seem to help although this is still being evaluated. Thanks in advance
for any help and again sorry about the question. Hopefully, some of the UNIX
gurus won't be to upset to answer. #:-)
