Subject: ram control

Suppose I don't want to use virtual memory?  It would be
nice to have a way to control the amount of physical and
virtual RAM available to DJGPP.  Probably options to
go32: "-ram 8192" "-vram 16384" would give me 8mg phys,
16meg virtual.
