Barnacle.erc.clarkson.edu has a restriction on the number of anonymous
logins it allows at any given time.  This limit is currently five.
Unfortunately, the message you get doesn't seem to get the right
message across.

If you get a "login denied" message from barnacle, just keep trying.
Eventually you'll get in.
