I'll bet that most people would be a lot happier if you included a compiled
version of GO32 with your patches.  In fact, I'll bet that most people have
no idea what to do with the patches.  I know that GPL requires the source
to be made available, but it wouldn't hurt to also include your latest
version of the compiled program.  It's not like it is that big (50K)...
