Subject: Not enough files

I just started trying to use djgpp. I got the three files recommended
djdev109 djgas138 and djgcc222. Apparently these three are not enough
to get going. I experienced a similar error to what someone else reported
yesterday. When running , gcc reports back Bad file. I think it's trying
to run a file that's not there. I've triple checked my AUTOEXEC.BAT and
CONFIG.SYS and can't find any errors. Also noticably absent is the
device directory. No device drivers for different video cards.
Maybe I've just misread the readme file. Anyone else having similar problems?
