Subject: GNUish MAKE utility

I have a makefile that I am trying to run. It will not work when I use the
Borland Make Utility. Make does not know how to deal with "%.%" in the
makefile. In the makefile it says that I should use a GNUish make
utility. Does anyone know what this is and where I could find one.
