Subject: DJGPP version 1.07 in UK

 
In response to an earlier query, I am the manager of the
anonymous ftp service on ftp.mcc.ac.uk, where for the moment
both 1.07 and 1.06 versions of djgpp are found.  The version
1.07 is in /pub/djgpp, and the other is in /pub/djgpp.old.
I got the new version only on July 14-15 (a week after it came
out) because I didn't find out until then that it is available.
 
Incidentally, this archive is also available for ftp on JANET:
you must use the address UK.AC.MCC.FTPJ, username 'guest',
password your E-mail address; the djgpp files are in
<PUB>djgpp; get <PUB>djgpp/ls-laR first.
