Subject: Objective C "mode"

Objective C is something that the GNU folks added for those systems
(NeXT, I think) that support the Obj-C runtime environment.  I
currently do not know of any runtime libraries that support Obj-C, and
have never tried it myself either.  I just compile it and ship it.
Note that similar discussions are going on on the gcc groups.
Triggering Obj-C compiling is based on the source suffix, but I don't
remember off the top of my head what the suffix is - try the readme.
