To find how to access to ftp sites by mail, mail a message with the
single line "help" to ftpmail AT decwrl DOT dec DOT com.  If your mailer appends
a .sig or something to every message, either disable it or put a
second line, "quit", in the message.

It is a bit slow, and less than totally reliable, but it works.
