Status: O Welcome to the club of 'owners of a motherboard with the wrong chipset'. I had that problem, too with a 486/33/128Kchache motherboard. Manufacturer unknown, (Taiwan). I gave back the board and swapped it against another brand. As far as I recall the chipset was named Udata or Usomething. The board had sockets for 64MB Ram (16x4MB). Get another manufacturer. --Chris
