Hello.

Please include the latest version of the djdev 2.03 DSM (attached) in the
2.03 refresh. The main difference is that this DSM has a provides for the
/dev/env feature (djgpp-dev-env). perl 5.6.1 (binaries) depend on this.

(Currently perl 5.6.1 can't be installed against djdev 2.03 using zippo,
since the current 2.03 DSM has no 'provides' line.)
