Did not try to rebuild bash. Manually created fixinc.sh and it then continues (on both platforms). The Windows 2000 system completed with no further make errors. The second time I ran the XP system (after a make clean, and using items built with the 2.03 refresh) it completed with no errors. So everything looks fine from my testing, I say 2.03 update is ready. I don't think we've broken anything, and fixed a lot of things. It should be good enough until 2.04 is released, unless someone has something they're sure should go into the refresh, 2 years after it's release ... Comments?
