The Bash specific tminit.c has been removed. And readline has been changed to remove the macro guards that prevented DJGPP from using termcap. Termcap 0.80 is feature complete as far as I know. But I don't know what to do about providing documentation. There a lot of capabilities which would require a lot of time to document and that are already documented by the *bsd and gnu termcap docs. Perhaps I should include those or point people them, and then just document the tiny DJGPP specific differences (like the default location of the termcap file).
