Hi guys,

I stumbled across an update for Henry Spencer's regex library from 1998. The 
change from WHATSNEW is:
New in alpha3.8:  Bug fix for signed/unsigned mixup, found and fixed
by the FreeBSD folks.

Any problem with updating DJGPP's library to this version?
