I'm sorry, I was wrong

Seems that I have sometimes copied getopt.h from gcc distribution due to
reason I don't remeber. Anyway include directory under for example Linux
have getopt.h so maybe it could be usefull to do this renaming anyway.

PS. It's not in installation I'm using to build gcc
