I've just produced the latest snapshot of zippo. This is the first useful version IMO. It supports the following: - Parsing of most of the DJGPP Software Manifest (DSM) specification (see the zippo home page) - Dependency checking - Listing of all installed packages (manifest or DSM-based) - Installation of packages using their DSMs I have produced some DSMs for the latest DJGPP packages (gdb, gcc), also available at the home page. I recommend using the one for gdb for testing, like so: zippo --initdb --root e:/djgpp zippo -i gdb418b.dsm (with gdb418b.dsm & gdb418b.zip in the current directory). The DSM specification is now almost fixed - just the scripting is left to do.
