Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii X-Mailer: Mutt 0.84 Reply-To: djgpp-workers AT delorie DOT com Hi I have new few days to play with the regparmized libc code, so I would like to know your opinions and if it does have chance to get into official distribution. The largest problems are asm functions. Most of them are in the DPMI stubs. I was thinking about changing the current asm macros to let generate functions in both format and it seems to be impossible. So I believe that the easiest way to fix them is to write replacements using asm statements. What do you think about it? It this acceptable? If so I can do it. gcc can be smart enought to generate code in the same quality I hope.. Honza -- OK. Lets make a signature file. +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Jan Hubicka (Jan Hubi\v{c}ka in TeX) hubicka AT freesoft DOT cz | | Czech free software foundation: http://www.freesoft.cz | |AA project - the new way for computer graphics - http://www.ta.jcu.cz/aa | | homepage: http://www.paru.cas.cz/~hubicka/, games koules, Xonix, fast | | fractal zoomer XaoS, index of Czech GNU/Linux/UN*X documentation etc. | +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
