I've uploaded a set of patches for libc and liblocal.02 strftime, plus
some related changes and tests, including a couple of new test
programs, to DJ's incoming directory as strftime.zip, as it would
otherwise be a giant email. If there is another distribution method
you would prefer, like sending a bunch of separate emails with the
patches and sources, please let me know, I'm new around here. ;^>
