I've put a modified version of the CWSDPMI binary on http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/psefix.zip or ftp://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/psefix.zip That code originated from a *VERY* old source tree - it predates my first Pentium CPU - it was some test code written specifically for id software during Quake development. They had asked about 4Mb pages to squeeze a few percent more performance out of the game. At that point Intel didn't want to document it - fearing AMD would copy it. By the way, that predates the release of V2.0 - and the first release of CWSDPMI ... Kind of scary, huh? Code lying around on my disk (transfered to two new computers) for about 6 years before going into a release - then with a bug :-( Thanks to Willow for finding and reporting this.
