Technically, anything more than a page of new source needs a legal
assignment so that, if anything happens, I don't have to worry about
taking stuff back out of djgpp.  I've got papers from some of the
major contributors, but not everyone.  I don't think djgpp is *that*
popular that I have to worry about it all the time.
