Except for the problem with DPMI 1.0 hosts, something like passing arguments
via protected mode should be just as easy or easier than expanding the 
transfer buffer, and then 64K would not be a limit.

I suggest someone look at this.  I'd be willing to consult.  The only issue
would be 386MAX compatibility, and I'll be there will turn out to be an
easy fix for that.
