More minor updates to DJGPP V2.01 et al.

v2/dj*201.zip
	setmode() didn't set stdin to binary

v2gnu/find*.zip
	updatedb.bat converted to dos text mode

v2gnu/txi390*.zip
	added install-info.exe and instinfo.exe

v2gnu/bnu27*.zip
	as no longer preserves local L* labels in objects

v2gnu/lss321b.zip
	relinked with fixed setmode() - keys work now


The new files are all dated October 28 1996.  If you wish to download
only the files you need instead of the whole zips, you may do so at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/dl/ofc/ but please keep in mind that
Simtel.Net mirrors are real fast, and delorie.com is real slow.
