There may not be such a thing. DOS is a single-tasking system, which doesn't lend itself well to being used as a server of any kind. It also doesn't offer anywhere near enough security to make servers reasonably safe to use. That said, IIRC the ancient NCSA telnet and/or ftp programs for DOS do indeed offer to work as servers, too, while they're running.
