It's one of the startup code modules that are linked into all your programs. The problem here is probably that you have not set your DJGPP environment variable correctly -- contrary to the instructions in the FAQ, you didn't post your autoexec.bat file and the output of `set' at a DOS prompt, so I can't check this for you. Make sure that the DJGPP environment variable is being set to the full path and filename of the djgpp.env file.
