I have been >using a mod library many times and now I do wish to learn to create one > myself. I would li... I did a MOD/MTM player 3 years ago, but it was a hard work. I deduced the format with a few info and a tracker (Making a simple mod and then playing it with my code). After some searchs I found information in Hornet, but even this information isn't good enough. The best source I saw is in spanish, was made by the people of Visual Player for the "Solo para programadores" magazine. They explain a little more about the format and gives a VERY fast (very limited too) mixer core. But if you know a little about the format (tics are 1/50th of second, effects acts with this granularity, etc...) you can make a lot with the data available in Hornet. If you want to take a look on how my player looks go to: http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Vista/6552/repvoc.html Isn't publicly available, mainly because of bugs and because the last version is in the middle of a lot of changes that I never finished.
