It's not true. *ALL* djgpp development takes place on my PC, which runs MS-DOS 6.22. I use COMMAND.COM, DJGPP, and GNU, and nothing else. No Windows, no 95, no NT, no OS/2, no Linux. Just DOS. The only time Unix gets involved is when I FTP all the zips over to the web server.
