To: DJGPP mailing list hi again, I'm sorry if anyone interpreted my "SIMPLE graphics" post a being a flame, it wasn't meant to be. It's just that I had already written several (smallish) programs using the 'simple' graphics library, when I started downloading the new version, except I sorta missed the graphics library because it was labeled as 'simple'. So I tried to convert my programs to GRX, thinking it would be fairly easy seeing as how GRX was 'sposed to be more advanced. To cut a long(ish) story short, I just found it confusing and went back to the simple graphics library. I'm really interested and somewhat experienced in high-speed/real-time graphics and would be happy to put together some sort of RT graphics lib. Where would I 'post' it to? Would anyone else be willing to colaborate with me? I'm in uni and I wouldn't have great globs of time to spare. Also, I only have a 386-25 with NO FPU, so apart from being really slow, I have to use the 387 emulator. Perhaps someone with an FPU can sorta check on the lib. I haven't been real successful in the past at my attempts to write large libraries. Perhaps someone can give me some tips on how to keep it well-structured. Any thoughts? -------------------------------------------------------------------- Ian Tester *8)= still wishing for a pentium, or an Indy :-o, or...
