GO32 VARIABLE USED: ansi driver c:/djgpp/drivers/vesa.grn gw 800 gh 600
NOTES:              Although VESA is the default since 1.10, I still use the
		    explicit driver specification. 
		    'gw 1024 gh 768' works as well.
		    I recompiled GO32 1.10 with Turbo C 3.0 to fix the
		    graphics bug (no source changes required).
