It's at http://cs.nyu.edu/~pechtcha/cygwin/cygwin1-tty_patch-20021124.dll.bz2 Please feel free to announce it at the cygwin list. The above is a debug (unstripped) version. I can post a stripped one instead if people complain. I've also verified that a paste of a large file into "cat > /dev/null" in an xterm hangs with the CVS HEAD build and works with your patch.
