I never saw a >resolution for that. Here is an update. I can now almost build on Win98. One problem left: Cannot export log10: symbol not defined Cannot export log10: symbol not defined Creating library file: cygdll.a collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [new-cygwin1.dll] Error 1 Coincidentally (?) /obj/i586-pc-cygwin/newlib/libm/mathfp only has a Makefile, but no *.o Unfortunately I will be out of town and unreachable until next week, from 2 PM EST. Rob knows how to access my machine with ssh. If this log10 problem can be solved before 2PM, he will have the latest dll. Any ideas? I don't have the time now to investigate, only to run cvs, make, etc.. over ssh while working on non-cygwin stuff. Pierre
